The rooms at both places need to be reserved by May 1, 2011. After that the blocks of rooms will be released.

We recommend flying into Preston Smith International Airport in Lubbock, TX.

The NCPP does not receive compensation from the hotels. However, we will be assessed a penalty if we do not fill a percentage of rooms. Please make your reservation at the Conference Hotels.
